Job summary

Al Muqarram Insulation Mat. Ind. LLC seeks a sales-oriented professional to handle commercial, retail, distributor, and end-user accounts in Dubai. You will execute the sales plan, pursue new business, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have experience in building materials, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM, Word, Excel, and email. A high school diploma or bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the Deira market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM, MS Word, Excel, and email correspondence.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Building Materials industry experience will be an added advantage.
• High school or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute all sales transactions to commercial, retail, distributors and end users in assigned territories.
• Execute the business plan and sales strategy to meet company goals and profitability.
• Achieve and exceed budget sales targets using available resources.
• Retain and develop new customers through planned account support and internal coordination.
• Coordinate payments collections and ensure on-time cash flow.
• Post-sales follow up for order fulfillment.
• Record sales information and maintain customer records.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for Head of Sales.
• Provide timely feedback to Head of Sales and obtain required sales support.
