Qualifications

4 to 8+ years in executive search, corporate talent acquisition, or management consulting.
Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of talent markets and industry dynamics.
Sector specialization in at least one industry with client experience.
Experience with ATS, CRM, and ERP platforms for AI/automation touchpoints.
Proven ability to develop strategic client relationships and win retainers.

Responsibilities

Partner with client boards and C-suite to define role criteria and strategic objectives.
Design market-mapping and search strategies to source senior candidates.
Source, assess, and present top-tier executives through competency-based interviews.
Deliver detailed candidate profiles and shortlists to clients.
Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
