Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years in executive search, corporate talent acquisition, or management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of talent markets and industry dynamics.
• Sector specialization in at least one industry with client experience.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and ERP platforms for AI/automation touchpoints.
• Proven ability to develop strategic client relationships and win retainers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client boards and C-suite to define role criteria and strategic objectives.
• Design market-mapping and search strategies to source senior candidates.
• Source, assess, and present top-tier executives through competency-based interviews.
• Deliver detailed candidate profiles and shortlists to clients.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
