Job summary

Element Search seeks an accomplished senior recruitment professional to lead end-to-end executive search engagements for C-suite and board-level roles. You will partner with client leadership, shape search strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates who align with corporate objectives.

In this role, you will build long-term client relationships, drive new business development, and leverage market intelligence to stay ahead of leadership talent trends across key sectors.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years in executive search, talent acquisition, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
• Sector specialization in at least one industry your deliverables target.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and ERP platforms for AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client stakeholders to define role criteria and culture.
• Design market-mapping and targeted search strategies.
• Source and vet senior-level candidates through interviews.
• Deliver candidate assessments and shortlists to decision-makers.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify revenue opportunities.
