Element Search is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Executive to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions in the UAE. The ideal candidate will source, screen, interview, and hire top talent while partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely acquisitions.

You will drive talent acquisition processes, manage mass recruitment for regional and global roles, and enhance employer branding to attract skilled professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/ Psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
