Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group, through IKEA RSO Jebel Ali, seeks a Business Solutions Manager to lead IT solutions across UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman. You will analyse, design, configure, and support processes to improve efficiency and enable ERP rollouts in stores and warehouses.

The role requires a Computer Science or IT Engineering degree, Dynamics/BC certifications, and 7+ years in retail IT management, with Power BI and SQL Server proficiency. Strong collaboration across global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
• Microsoft Nav. Certification or equivalent.
• Business Central (On Prem/Cloud) related certificates.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a mid-management role for retail applications.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Navision, Business Central On Prem/Cloud, CRM), LS-Retail & Microsoft SQL Server.
• BI applications like Power BI or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, implement IT solutions across UAE, Qatar, Egypt, and Oman, aligning with IKEA strategy.
• Analyse, design, configure, and support processes to improve efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
• Manage ERP modules and IT tools across stores and warehouses; ensure SLAs.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate team work to ensure compliance with SLAs and standards.
• Implement global e-Commerce & Web platforms to support multi-channel sales and promote B2B.
• Collaborate with global release and support teams for centralized IKEA IT tools.
• Serve as primary contact for ERP and business solutions across departments.
• Audit and compliance with global standards; coordinate backups and governance.
• Expansion to new markets with on-time and on-budget project delivery.
