Job summary

The IT Analyst at IKEA Dubai Festival City within Al-Futtaim Group ensures smooth IT systems for daily sales and coworker productivity. You will support ERP engagements, new implementations, upgrades and cross-functional coordination across stores in the region.

Key focus areas include maintaining ERP environments (D365/NAV/BC), SQL/Oracle databases, and delivering reliable IT services to enable optimal customer experience. Collaboration with regional IT Operations is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years as an IT analyst in the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical and functional knowledge of ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, D365, and CRM365.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain business applications and databases to improve the efficiency of system operations and ensure data quality and accuracy.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT operations support, handling requests and incidents for multiple stores and business units regionally, ensuring response time and resolution are in line with defined service level agreements.
Implement and integrate digital and IT solutions across various channels, such as stores and online, in coordination with the Business Solutions Manager and project teams, ensuring successful rollouts with minimal post-implementation issues.
Support project teams in configuring and implementing digital and IT solutions for market expansion projects, ensuring tasks are completed as per project timelines.
Develop and implement D365/NAV/BC solutions across various modules, assisting in designing and developing integrations with other systems and tracking completed development tasks.
Ensure optimal performance and availability of all critical IT infrastructure and applications to support daily operations and enhance customer experience and coworker productivity.
