Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a System Analyst to coordinate ERP upgrades (NAV/BC/D365) and cloud solutions across UAE sites. The role collaborates with IT and business users to align processes with the IKEA concept and Al-Futtaim framework.

You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and support data migration while ensuring security, governance, and performance. 7+ years in ERP/retail tech are preferred and a Dubai-based setup is expected.

Qualifications

Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NAV/Business Central.
Proficient in SQL database administration and programming.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with API integrations and cloud operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate upgrades and data migration from legacy systems to modern ERP, ensuring data integrity and governance.
Translate business needs into functional specs and technical designs; customize applications accordingly.
Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of ERP and cloud projects per methodology.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SQL performance.
