Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
- At least 7 years in business analysis, system design, and ERP implementation.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365, NAV, or Business Central in retail.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate NAV, BC, Dynamics 365, CRM and cloud activities across IKEA operations.
- Support ERP upgrade programs and migrations to modern Microsoft platforms.
- Plan and execute data migration with accuracy and business continuity.
- Apply data governance, security, and validation controls during migration and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Develop, configure, and coordinate enhancements to support retail processes.
- Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, cost, and quality standards.
