Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years as an IT Analyst in the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV/BC/365 and CRM365 with hands-on ERP experience.
- Experience administering SQL and Oracle databases and coordinating ERP upgrades, integrations, and store openings.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain critical retail applications and databases.
- Monitor performance and address issues affecting store transactions and customer service.
- Coordinate deployments and integrations with regional IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Support ERP upgrades, system enhancements, and new store deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and incident records.
