CNOOD ASIA LIMITED in Dubai is hiring a full-time Key Account Manager – EPC. The role focuses on growing strategic EPC accounts in oil & gas, water, mining, renewable energy, and infrastructure, with a hybrid on-site/remote work setup.

As the main client contact, you will develop account plans, pursue new business opportunities, coordinate proposals, and ensure timely delivery in close collaboration with engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams.

Formación

• Strong account management capabilities and long-term customer relationship building.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate project and account performance, and support decisions.
• Business planning and commercial acumen, including experience in developing account plans and sales forecasts.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
• Experience in EPC or related industries (oil and gas, water, mining, renewable energy, infrastructure).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to present solutions and manage expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop account plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals and ensure timely, high-quality delivery with engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams.
• Monitor project performance and analyze data and client feedback; prepare reports and forecasts.
• Proactively address risks and issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Support contract negotiations; align terms with company objectives.
• Represent CNOOD in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
