THE TEAM BUILDERS, a leading Oil & Gas EPC Contractor in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead major EPC projects from award to commissioning. Responsibilities include managing engineering, procurement, and construction activities while ensuring compliance with project standards.

A leading Oil & Gas EPC Contractor in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of major EPC projects from award through commissioning.

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of EPC projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, productivity, and contractual compliance.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead commercial discussions, variation orders, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client requirements.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 15+ years of EPC project management experience.
• Minimum 8 years managing large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proven experience in onshore or offshore EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, contracts, procurement, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Experience on ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, or other major Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage.
