Job summary

Apex is seeking a Sales Director in Dubai to lead and scale the sales function, define strategy, and drive revenue growth across the market. You will build strategic client relationships and develop a high-performing team aligned with regional and corporate objectives.

You will own revenue creation, negotiate multi-stakeholder deals, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure seamless deal execution and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior sales role within the Middle East.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams and delivering revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy in alignment with business and regional growth objectives.
• Own revenue creation across the market and client book, ensuring targets are met.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across key industry sectors.
• Lead high-value negotiations and close strategic enterprise-level deals with senior decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners and government stakeholders where applicable.
• Establish and scale a high-performing sales team with leadership and performance management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Legal for deal execution and onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs and regulatory developments to inform decisions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and executive-level client engagements.
• Develop and present sales forecasts, pipelines and updates to senior leadership.
