Job summary

Apex Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale the sales function in the region. You will define and execute the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strategic client relationships with senior decision-makers.

You will establish a high-performing sales team, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal to ensure seamless deal execution, and report on forecasts and pipelines to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales with at least 5 years in a senior role within the Middle East.
• Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams with revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy in alignment with regional growth objectives.
• Own revenue creation for the Dubai market across the prospective and client book.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across key industry sectors.
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations and close strategic enterprise-level deals with senior decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
