Apex Group in Dubai seeks a Business Development/Sales Director to lead and scale the sales function, align with regional growth, and manage key client relationships. The role focuses on closing high-value deals and building a top-performing team in a dynamic financial services environment.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless deal execution, client onboarding, and governance.

Competenze

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior sales role within the Middle East.
• Proven track record in closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the sales strategy for Dubai.
• Own revenue creation for the market and client book.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across sectors.
• Lead negotiations and close enterprise-level deals with senior decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Establish and scale a high-performing sales team with coaching.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Ops, Finance, and Legal for deal execution.
• Monitor market trends and DIFC developments to guide decisions.
• Represent Apex at industry events and executive engagements.
• Present sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
