Apex Group is seeking a Sales Director in Dubai to lead and scale the regional sales function. You will define and execute the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and develop a high-performing team aligned with regional and corporate objectives.

You will own revenue creation across the market, manage complex negotiations, and establish strong relationships with key clients and government stakeholders. The role requires deep financial services experience and executive-level influence.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of sales experience
• 5+ years in a senior sales role within the Middle East
• Proven track record of revenue growth
• Strong market and customer landscape understanding
• Proven ability to close complex multi-stakeholder deals
• Excellent leadership and executive communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute sales strategy in Dubai.
• Own revenue creation for the market and client book.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across sectors.
• Lead negotiations and close strategic enterprise deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Scale a high-performing sales team and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal for deal execution.
• Monitor market trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the company at industry events and client engagements.
• Provide sales forecasts, pipelines, and updates to senior leadership.
