Job summary

Apex Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale the sales function, defining the regional strategy and driving revenue growth. You will build strategic client relationships and develop a high-performing sales organization aligned with corporate objectives.

You will lead negotiations, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance, and ensure seamless client onboarding while representing the company at key industry events and executive engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales; 5+ years in a senior sales role within the Middle East.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy in alignment with regional growth objectives.
• Own revenue creation across the market, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across key sectors.
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations and close enterprise-level deals with senior decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners and government stakeholders.
