Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior sales role in the Middle East.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Financial Services.
• Proven track record of building and leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive-level influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Dubai sales strategy in line with regional growth objectives.
• Own revenue targets for the market across prospective and client book.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across key sectors.
• Lead complex negotiations and close strategic enterprise deals with senior decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and government stakeholders.
