Job summary

Apex Group in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Director to lead and scale the sales function across the region. You will define and execute the sales strategy, own revenue growth, and build strategic client relationships with government and private sector stakeholders.

You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Legal, and drive complex enterprise deals while modeling ethical sales practices and governance.
