Job summary

Bvm Outsourcing Services in the UAE seeks an experienced Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales professional to drive net-new business across BFSI, government, telecom, energy, aviation, and large enterprises in the UAE and Oman.

You will own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, engage C-level executives, and position SIEM, XDR/EDR, DLP, CASB, cloud security, and zero trust solutions to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 610 years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience (GCC preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering high-value enterprise deals.
• Experience in selling SIEM, XDR/EDR, DLP, CASB, cloud security, and zero trust solutions.
• Strong skills in enterprise deal management, negotiation, and long-cycle sales.
• Ability to engage senior executives and translate technical solutions into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new enterprise business across BFSI, government, telecom, energy, aviation, and large enterprises in UAE & Oman.
• Achieve strong annual revenue growth with healthy profit margins through strategic hunting and account expansion.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including PoCs, RFPs, negotiations, vendor onboarding, and deal closure.
• Position and sell cybersecurity solutions across platforms such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, Forcepoint, Thales Group / Imperva, and Proofpoint.
• Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, procurement teams, and OEM partners.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies aligned with regional market dynamics.
