Job summary

SmartChoice International GCC is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager for the UAE market to own a portfolio of major enterprise customers and drive strategic growth in cybersecurity and enterprise IT solutions.

You will build trusted relationships at C-level, develop account strategies, and coordinate with partners and internal teams to win opportunities. The role requires 5+ years in enterprise account management and a track record of achieving commercial targets.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years' experience in enterprise account management within technology, IT or cybersecurity.
• A strong history of growing strategic accounts and delivering against commercial targets.
• Comfortable operating at C-suite level and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience selling technology solutions across areas such as cybersecurity, networking, cloud or enterprise IT.
• Exposure to large organisations within sectors such as Government, BFSI, Oil & Gas or commercial enterprise.
• Good understanding of the enterprise technology landscape and competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of major enterprise customers and become a trusted commercial partner.
• Build and execute account strategies that drive growth, retention and new opportunities.
• Work alongside partners, system integrators and internal technical and commercial teams to develop and close opportunities.
• Take ownership of your pipeline, forecasting and overall commercial performance.
• Keep up to date with developments across technology, cybersecurity and the wider enterprise market.
• Attend customer meetings, industry events and relevant networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and build new connections.
