Job summary

Newcomme is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Sales Executive to drive business growth in cybersecurity solutions.

This role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, delivering solution-based presentations, and closing enterprise level cybersecurity deals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical cybersecurity expertise combined with proven enterprise sales experience, and UAE market familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
Strong technical cybersecurity expertise.
Proven enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or IT security.
Knowledge of networks, IAM, cloud security, SIEM, threat management.
Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with enterprise clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
UAE market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in cybersecurity solutions across enterprise and commercial customers.
Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, qualification, negotiation, deal closure.
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFQs with internal teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.
