Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to grow strategic customer relationships across the UAE Power & Grid sector. You will drive revenue growth and partnerships with utilities, EPCs, and oil & gas operators, supporting grid modernization, electrification, sustainability, and digital transformation.

You will lead strategic account reviews, negotiations, and ROI-focused discussions with C-level stakeholders, coordinating with delivery teams to ensure relevant solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of Oil & Gas account management or technical sales.
• Proven success in managing complex accounts and engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including national oil companies, EPCs, and service providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring alignment with their business goals and operational needs.
• Conduct regular account reviews, performance tracking, and strategic planning sessions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the segment.
• Lead negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and customer value.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, CTOs, Operations Directors).
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution relevance and execution excellence.
