Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic accounts within the UAE transportation segment, spanning transportation authorities, rail and metro operators, airports, ports and EPC contractors.

You will drive revenue growth, strengthen executive relationships, and shape solutions around electrification, energy management, digital transformation, and smart mobility, with a focus on long-term partnerships and customer success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
8+ years in key account management, technical sales, or business development in transportation or infrastructure sectors.
Proven track record with C-level engagement and large complex deals.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic accounts across UAE transportation ecosystem.
Lead conversations on smart mobility, electrification, and digital transformation.
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and strategic partnerships; maintain forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to deliver customer-centric solutions.
