Apparel Group in Dubai seeks a Manager - E-commerce / Wholesale to drive profitable growth for the Wholesale channel within a defined Territory, sourcing and activating new business, selling in collections across brands and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Buying, Logistics and Legal to meet customer needs and drive performance.

Lead a small team of Wholesale Coordinators and oversee planning, pricing, and cross-channel

Qualifications

• Experience driving profitable growth through wholesale or e-commerce channels.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and build strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and budget control.

Responsabilités

• Achieve annual and long-term sales and profit plans by sourcing new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Establish strong relationships with key category decision makers.
• Lead bi-annual strategic meetings with accounts to review performance and opportunities.
• Manage all sell-in activities from pre-order to in-season repeats.
• Communicate pricing positioning across channels within the territory.
• Manage account P&L and negotiations of business terms.
• Collaborate with Marketing to determine seasonal plans and promotions.
• Hold monthly reviews of wholesale sales and forecasting to optimize inventory.
• Develop yearly budget plans for the wholesale channel.
• Supervise a small team of Wholesale Coordinators.
