First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior manager to manage and grow large account portfolios within the Family Groups & Conglomerates segment in Abu Dhabi. The role requires high collaboration, deep financial analysis, and strong leadership to drive revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.

The candidate will originate new business, develop term sheets and information memorandums, and work across the bank to address credit, market, and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in business administration or finance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate in financial analysis of clients and markets to identify opportunities and risks.
• Originate new business opportunities across banking products.
• Develop Term Sheet, Information Memorandum, mandate letter, etc.
• Examine & resolve credit, market and operational risk with products and enablement units.
• Pitch, review, negotiate and conclude deals.
• Maintain credit quality of client relationships within the portfolio.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and increase cross-sell ratio with key clients.
• Ensure Account Plans are prepared and maintained for all key clients.
• Ensure client files/documents are maintained and credit reviews submitted on time.
• Follow KYC and AML policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in timely preparation of statements and reports.
