Job summary

Cobo is a global leader in digital asset custody solutions seeking a high‑performing Sales/BD professional for the Dubai region. You will drive enterprise crypto and fintech deals, build a regional pipeline, and partner with product, marketing and compliance to close strategic opportunities.

You will leverage deep crypto custody knowledge, networks, and a proven track record in startups to scale growth, expand market share, and deliver on ambitious targets in a dynamic Web 3.0 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience in the crypto industry.
• Proven progression track record in outbound and enterprise deals.
• Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on SaaS sales targets in regional financial institutions, crypto funds, and blockchain companies.
• Become an expert at presenting how the product suite can bring value.
• Work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, legal and compliance to facilitate a smooth sales process.
