Job summary

EMCD is expanding its global B2B sales for Crypto Services across the MENA region. This role leads growth, builds regional sales, and forges partnerships with resellers, fintech and crypto platforms, with a focus on enterprises.

Location in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE with remote work and up to 20-30% travel; you will manage outbound and inbound deals, report metrics in Hubspot, and drive adoption of Coinhold, Payroll, SWAP, and Cryptoprocessing solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven B2B technology sales experience in the MENA region.
• Strong outbound and inbound sales capabilities with a track record of closing deals.
• Solid network in local capital markets and investment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales growth strategy across the MENA region.
• Build and manage direct sales operations for EMCD’s Crypto Services products.
• Develop partnerships with local companies, resellers, fintech and crypto platforms.
• Build and scale a high-performing regional sales team.
• Manage both outbound sales (cold outreach) and inbound lead conversion processes.
• Represent the company at key industry events and conferences across the region.
• Support clients and partners throughout presale, sale and post-sale stages.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate reporting on key sales metrics using Hubspot CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt strategies for the MENA market.
