Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced regional product and growth leader to drive market insights, define product requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders in the Dubai area. You will own regional initiatives, identify market opportunities, and help shape the product roadmap.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in crypto/web3, strong analytics, and proven ability to operate in a matrix organization with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

7+ years in product, operations, or strategy related to crypto/Web3, with trading product experience a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making; SQL is a plus.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, including with leadership and regulators.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to understand landscape and user needs; translate into inputs for product and tech teams.
Lead regional business requirements and support delivery of key strategic projects.
Identify product and UX optimization opportunities based on user feedback, data, and growth goals.
Coordinate with marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders to support market expansion and new services.
Track market trends, competitor dynamics and user needs to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
Feed local market insights back into regional and global product roadmaps.
