Job summary

AP Executive - Global Executive Search Agency is seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue strategy and build a multi-product crypto ecosystem. You will own pricing, partnerships, and international expansion while reporting to the CEO and joining the board.

You will oversee custody, lending, staking, cards, BNPL, and trading, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong market positioning across regions including the UK and Middle East.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in crypto.
• Verifiable track record building multi-product regulated crypto platforms (custody, exchange, wallet, lending).
• Deep fluency across custody and MPC, segregated vs. omnibus structures, exchanges, lenders, staking and yield, OTC, stablecoins and Travel Rule.
• Strong UK, Middle East, and international regulatory know-how with credible Board-level presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the custody ecosystem across custody, lending, staking, cards, BNPL, trading and private client services.
• Take full ownership of revenue and pricing across every vertical.
• Build out partnerships, platform, and international expansion from the ground up.

AP Executive are working with a fast-growing, FCA-regulated crypto custody platform on a mission to become a global retail crypto brand. The promise to customers is simple: your crypto is safe, it stays yours, and you can always see it. The next stage in their growth is they are looking for a commercially sharp, deeply experienced crypto executive to turn that promise into a full ecosystem - and sit on our Board while they do it.

The Opportunity

• Join as Chief Revenue Officer, Executive Director and Board member, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for our custody ecosystem - from core custody through lending, staking, cards, BNPL, trading and private client services.
• Take full ownership of revenue and pricing across every vertical we launch.
• Build out our partnerships, our platform, and our international expansion from the ground up.
• Lead marketing and our commercial, partnerships and product-revenue teams.
• Be the person who shapes this brand globally - because the role you're stepping into doesn't really exist anywhere else yet.

What We Need From You

• 10+ years in senior commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in crypto.
• A verifiable track record building a multi-product regulated crypto platform - custody, exchange, wallet or lending - at an established brand.
• Deep fluency across custody and MPC, segregated vs. omnibus structures, exchanges, lenders, staking and yield, OTC, stablecoins and the Travel Rule - and the hard lessons the industry learned in 2022.
• Strong UK, Middle East, and international regulatory know-how, a clean record, and genuine Board-level credibility.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching staking, yield, card, BNPL or exchange products with risk properly managed.
• High-net-worth, private-client or institutional custody experience.
• Multi-jurisdiction licensing or international expansion experience.
• A strong network across crypto, fintech and media.

• Base salary circa AED75,000 per month
