Job summary

Blue Ocean Academy in the United Arab Emirates seeks a results-driven Business Development professional to lead corporate training sales and strategic partnerships.

You will identify opportunities, promote programs and certifications, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and procurement to tailor learning solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Training Sales.
• Strong understanding of corporate training solutions and L&D services.
• Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities with corporate clients and government bodies.
• Promote and sell corporate training programs and customized learning solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, procurement, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate terms and close opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Training Operations to ensure delivery of programs.
• Maintain records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
