Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Training Consultant to identify client training needs and design programs across UAE. You will coordinate schedules, instructors, and logistics while delivering engaging proposals to GCC clients.

The role requires 5+ years in training consultancy or L&D, with fluency in English and Arabic, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM. You will build long-term client partnerships and contribute to tender proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a training consultancy, L&D, or corporate training environment.
• Experience dealing with GCC corporate clients (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Identify client training needs and propose suitable programs and international certifications.
• Design, plan, and coordinate training schedules, instructors, and logistics.
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients across UAE.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
• Conduct market research on training trends, competitor offerings, and emerging learning needs.
• Collaborate with trainers and SMEs to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Support preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders and training projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Keep an updated customer database.
