Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Dubai seeks a senior Business Development professional to drive corporate training sales. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with HR and L&D, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

You will promote training programs and certifications, coordinate with operations for delivery, and maintain CRM records to ensure a healthy pipeline and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development or corporate training sales.
• Strong understanding of corporate training solutions and L&D services.
• Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities with corporate clients, government orgs, and educational institutions.
• Promote and sell corporate training programs, certification courses, and customized learning solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, procurement, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to assess business needs and propose suitable trainings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Training Operations to ensure delivery of programs.
• Maintain records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging training requirements.
