Requires 10–15+ years in building envelope or related materials, strong UAE market ties, and proven experience in specification sales, strategic accounts, and leadership. Multinational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAE commercial strategy to hit revenue targets.
• Lead sales, pre-sales, and commercial teams.
• Manage relationships with developers, architects, façade consultants, contractors, fabricators, and strategic accounts.
• Drive major project opportunities, specifications, and framework agreements.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts, and risk management.
• Maintain project pipeline and early-stage engagement.
• Ensure forecasting, CRM adoption, payments, and receivables.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
