Our client is a leading multinational company in building envelope solutions, with a strong presence across the Middle East, seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead its UAE commercial operations and drive profitable business growth.

Salary - AED 35,000 to AED 45,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UAE commercial strategy and achieve revenue/profitability targets.
• Lead and develop sales, pre-sales, and commercial teams.
• Build strong relationships with developers, architects, façade consultants, contractors, fabricators, and strategic accounts.
• Drive major project opportunities, specification activity, strategic accounts, and framework agreements.
• Lead senior-level negotiations, pricing, contracts, and commercial risk management.
• Drive early-stage project engagement and maintain a strong project pipeline.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM adoption, payment terms, and receivables management.
• Monitor market and competitor trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of commercial/sales experience in building envelope, fenestration, or related building materials.
• Strong UAE market experience and established relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Proven track record in specification sales, major projects, strategic accounts, and team leadership.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills.
• Experience with multinational organizations is preferred.
