Job summary

Black & Grey HR is partnered with a leading UAE-based manufacturer of innovative and sustainable building materials to recruit an experienced Head of Sales. The role focuses on leading the sales function, driving project-led revenue growth, and strengthening relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors across the UAE and wider GCC.

The ideal candidate will execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and capitalize on specification-led selling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience with project sales in building materials or related construction products.
• Experience with a manufacturer of building materials; knowledge of technical and specification-led selling.
• Established relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors in the UAE construction market.
• Track record of securing and managing large-scale projects with multi-million AED sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and project sales.
• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, setting targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Build and strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.
• Drive specification-led sales by positioning products at the early design and project planning stages.
• Identify and secure major project opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to project closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, sales pipelines, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of securing and managing large-scale projects and achieving multi-million AED sales targets.
