Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

• Manage the full BD lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Lead RFP/tender submissions, including SOW, KPI and SLA requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial teams, and subcontractors on solutions and submissions.
• Conduct client meetings, site surveys, presentations, and industry networking.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract renewals.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipelines, forecasts, and prospect databases.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to long-term growth plans.

A commercially driven Business Development Manager with 5+ years of UAE experience in Facilities Management / FM services, with a proven track record in winning new business and managing key client relationships.

Main responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Development / Sales experience within Facilities Management / Integrated FM.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE FM market and proven B2B business development track record.
• Experience with tenders, RFPs, contracts, negotiations, SOWs, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Strong UAE client network and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Strong CRM, pipeline management, and business planning capabilities.
• Customer-focused, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is essential.
• FM-related certifications are an advantage.
