Job summary

Emirates Investment Bank is seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to support the CAO's efforts in identifying prospects, qualifying leads and maintaining CRM discipline. You will coordinate RM handovers and contribute to acquisition reporting to drive conversion and governance.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Operations and Compliance to ensure data quality and a compliant, consultative client engagement approach across target segments in the UAE. English is essential, Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing or related field.
• Professional qualifications in Sales, Banking, CRM or Wealth Management are advantageous.
• 3–5 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify affluent and HNW prospects for campaigns and referrals.
• Qualify leads, assess banking needs and readiness for RM engagement.
• Maintain complete CRM records, lead status and pipeline progress.
• Coordinate meetings with Relationship Managers and manage handovers.
• Produce weekly/monthly acquisition reports and KPI updates.
• Support campaigns, events and prospect engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with governance and data confidentiality.
