Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a CRM marketing specialist to manage customer journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty. You will build unified profiles, create dynamic segments, and support in-store teams with personalised clienteling insights.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, 2-3 years in CRM or clienteling, and a preference for luxury retail experience. Strong English skills are essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Clienteling or Customer Experience.
• Experience in luxury, jewellery, fashion, beauty or premium retail is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, AMPscript or JSON is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, win-back & loyalty.
• Build unified customer profiles and dynamic segments.
• Support in-store & after-sales teams with customer insights for personalised clienteling.
• Execute marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp & E-commerce.
• Manage loyalty programme enrolments and tier tracking.
• Run A/B testing to optimise open rates, CTR and conversion.
• Deliver CRM reporting and customer insights.
• Ensure customer data accuracy, hygiene and compliance.
