Aspire is seeking a Partnerships & Business Development Manager for the MEA region to advance growth through strategic partnerships across hospitality, dining, luxury retail, travel, and experiences. You will craft exclusive propositions and monetization models while ensuring alignment with Aspire's global standards.

You will lead new business development, engage C-suite stakeholders, and drive go-to-market strategies across the MEA region, focusing on revenue growth and enduring partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in partnership development, business growth, and marketing within loyalty, rewards, or hospitality sectors.
• Direct experience in Saudi Arabia and large MEA markets is highly desirable to navigate regional market dynamics.
• Robust network of merchant relationships in dining, retail, travel, and luxury lifestyle sectors with digital platform competence.
• Proven success in experiential and event management serving high-net-worth clients and delivering luxury experiences.
• Strong leadership skills managing senior stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand an elite network of partners across MEA and Europe in hospitality, dining, luxury retail, travel, and experiences.
• Drive new business by identifying potential clients and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the MEA region.
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure tailored partnership solutions to secure new business and long-term collaborations.
