Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience delivering organisational change, communications, and learning solutions within large-scale transformation programmes or consulting environments.
• Experience developing and implementing change strategies that integrate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and experience design.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, adoption-focused deliverables.
• Experience working across complex, multicultural organisations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change strategies aligned with programme objectives and target operating models.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build adoption plans that address stakeholder needs, behavioural change, and implementation priorities.
• Advise senior sponsors and leadership teams on engagement, readiness, and adoption.
• Establish measures to track change effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design communication and engagement strategies that support stakeholders throughout the change journey.
• Develop leadership narratives, targeted messaging, engagement campaigns, and executive communication materials.
• Translate complex transformation messages into clear, accessible content for different audiences.
• Adapt communications to the cultural and business environments of the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Lead training needs analysis based on changes to roles, processes, capabilities, and behaviours.
• Design blended learning solutions, including instructor-led sessions, digital learning, user guides, job aids, and performance support.
• Define learning journeys aligned with employee personas and target ways of working.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and business leaders to ensure learning supports practical application and sustained adoption.
• Apply human-centred design principles to improve employee and stakeholder experiences.
• Translate complex changes into intuitive experiences across communication, learning, and process touchpoints.
• Work with designers and delivery teams to create a consistent, connected change journey.
• Use stakeholder feedback to refine change interventions and improve accessibility and usability.
• Contribute to DXC’s OCM methodologies, reusable assets, templates, and delivery approaches.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior consultants to strengthen regional capability.
• Represent change management within multidisciplinary transformation teams.
• Maintain high standards of delivery quality, stakeholder collaboration, and consulting professionalism.
