Job summary

Networkers International is seeking an SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive and/or participate in the organizational change, learning, and business transformation aspects of large SAP engagements. You will own the OCM scope, quality, and financials, providing hands-on leadership across change management, communications, organization design, and culture transformation.

• Leadership of SAP OCM work streams across cradle-to-grave projects.
• Experience in business transformation activities.
• Consulting experience in top-tier firms preferred.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM portions of SAP engagements across all project phases.
• Develop strategy and detailed plans for SAP OCM streams (change management, benefits, comms, org design).
• Manage relationships with client change management counterparts in complex environments.
