Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates seeks an Organizational Change and Digital Workplace Adoption Lead for a full-time, on-site role. Lead enterprise change initiatives for service management and digital workplace transformation, coordinating impact assessments, communications and training to enable adoption across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise change management and employee adoption.
• Ability to design and deliver change communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on capability to facilitate learning interventions and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change and enablement activities supporting digital workplace transformation.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and sponsor involvement across the change lifecycle.
• Develop communications, training and readiness activities to support adoption of new services and processes.
• Conduct structured change impact assessments and document enablement requirements.
• Establish change champion networks and knowledge transfer between partners and internal teams.
• Monitor adoption outcomes and coordinate corrective interventions as needed.
