The role requires 7+ years in enterprise change and 3+ years in service-management or digital workplace transformation, with strong stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise change management.
• 3+ years in service-management or digital workplace transformation.
• Experience with sponsor engagement and training design.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational enablement through impact assessment, sponsor engagement, communications, training and readiness.
• Partner with Digital Workplace, process owners and service teams; own outcomes.
• Establish champions, feedback loops and knowledge transfer.
