Job summary

JCA Associates is seeking a Change Management specialist/consultant for an on-site engagement in Dubai to support a new ERP transformation project based on Oracle Cloud. You will bridge the gap between technical configuration and business operations, collaborating with sponsors, process owners, and training leads to drive readiness and embed Oracle Cloud processes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of dedicated Organizational Change Management experience for large ERP transformations (Oracle Cloud).
• Formal certification or deep knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci (ADKAR) or Kotter.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud modules and other ERP systems.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior UAE/GCC region delivery experience is advantageous.

Change Management specialist / consultant is required ASAP on site in Dubai on a new ERP transformation project

You will bridge the gap between technical system configuration and day-to-day business operations. Working closely with project sponsors, process owners, and training leads, you will design and execute strategies that shift mindsets, build readiness, and embed Oracle Cloud processes smoothly into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Change Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive change management and adoption plans tailored to ERP modules
• Stakeholder & Impact Analysis: Conduct stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, and change impact analyses across different business units and user groups.
• Resistance Management: Anticipate points of friction or operational pushback and build proactive mitigation plans.
• Communication & Engagement: Design and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns (newsletters, town halls, leadership toolkits, intranet portals) to keep staff informed and aligned.
• Training & Enablement Support: Partner with instructional designers and functional consultants to shape user-centric training curricula, role-mapping, and job aids.
• Workshops & Facilitation: Facilitate design-thinking or alignment workshops with business leaders, middle management, and super-users.
• Adoption Tracking & Post-Go-Live Support: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track system utilization, user proficiency, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of dedicated Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience leading large-scale enterprise or ERP transformations (Oracle Cloud).
• Methodologies: Formal certification or deep working knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci (ADKAR) or Kotter.
• Domain Familiarity: Good understanding of Oracle Cloud modules or other ERP
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Regional/Industry Context: Prior project delivery experience within the UAE or GCC region is a strong advantage for local transformations
