The role involves managing resistance, aligning business units, communicating change effectively, and tracking adoption beyond project implementation across enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Effective communication and change storytelling in complex, evolving environments.
• Ability to apply structured change management methodologies such as ADKAR.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and employees across different business units.
• Data-driven approach to measuring readiness, adoption, and transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute change management activities for organizational transformation programs.
• Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, and organizational readiness across assigned initiatives.
• Engage senior leaders, employees, and transformation teams to build trust and support for change.
• Address resistance and align multiple business units around shared transformation objectives.
• Coordinate communication and engagement activities across concurrent initiatives.
• Apply structured change management approaches, including ADKAR, to support adoption.
• Establish and monitor change KPIs, readiness indicators, adoption measures, and business outcomes.
• Reinforce behavioral and process changes after project go-live to support lasting benefits.
