Job summary

JCA Associates is seeking a Change Management specialist/consultant for an on-site engagement in Dubai to support a new ERP transformation project based on Oracle Cloud. You will bridge the gap between technical configuration and business operations, collaborating with sponsors, process owners, and training leads to drive readiness and embed Oracle Cloud processes.

Qualifications

5–10 years of dedicated Organizational Change Management experience for large ERP transformations (Oracle Cloud).
Formal certification or deep knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci (ADKAR) or Kotter.
Understanding of Oracle Cloud modules and other ERP systems.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management abilities.
Prior UAE/GCC region delivery experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute change management plans for ERP modules.
Stakeholder & Impact Analysis: Map stakeholders and assess readiness across business units.
Resistance Management: Anticipate friction and plan mitigations.
Communication & Engagement: Design multi-channel campaigns to inform staff.
Training & Enablement Support: Shape user-centric training curricula and job aids.
Workshops & Facilitation: Lead design-thinking and alignment workshops with leaders and super-users.
Adoption Tracking & Post-Go-Live Support: Define KPIs to monitor system adoption and stabilization.
