Job summary

DXC Technology seeks an experienced Program Director to lead a major greenfield enterprise transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, financial performance, commercial management, and executive client relationships.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams and multiple delivery partners to ensure business objectives, planned benefits, and contractual commitments are met. PMI/PRINCE2/MSP frameworks and agile/hybrid approaches will guide delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of professional experience with substantial programme leadership.
• Proven experience directing large enterprise transformation programmes from planning through delivery.
• Accountability for programme financial performance including P&L, forecasting, margin and cost control.
• Strong commercial experience covering contracts, change control, claims and supplier management.
• Experience establishing and leading programme governance and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of integrated planning, critical-path management and benefits realisation.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multiple delivery partners.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Experience applying recognised programme management frameworks in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own programme delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality and business outcomes.
• Define objectives, deliverables and success measures with stakeholders.
• Establish the integrated programme plan, master schedule and milestones.
• Direct delivery across multiple workstreams; manage dependencies and priorities.
• Apply PMI, PRINCE2, MSP and agile or hybrid approaches.
• Oversee release planning, delivery readiness and transition activities.
• Establish and lead programme governance and executive reporting.
• Own programme profit and loss including budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Direct resource allocation and capacity planning across the programme.
• Manage contractual commitments, change control and supplier agreements.
• Assess commercial impact of delivery decisions and scope changes.
• Ensure plans align with financial and contractual objectives.
• Lead and develop the programme management team.
