Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Change Manager to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals and project objectives. You will design and implement communication plans, conduct impact assessments, and deliver engaging training to ensure successful adoption of new systems or processes.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise change and 3+ years in service-management or digital workplace transformation, with strong stakeholder engagement

Years of Experience

Proposed minimum: 7+ years in enterprise change, including 3+ years in service-management or digital workplace transformation; subject to hiring-manager validation.
