Job summary

Mayur Batra Group is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive new client acquisition and strategic growth in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will build a robust client network, maintain a dynamic prospect database, and coordinate with senior management on market trends.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of UAE experience in BD or corporate sales, an MBA, and proven target-achievement ability. Fluency in English and Arabic and strong presentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of UAE experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales.
• MBA degree required or related.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; strong presentation and client interfacing skills.
• Professional appearance and high standards in conduct and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Keep prospective client database updated.
• Make cold calls for new business leads.
• Support in writing new business proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of product and service offerings.
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
• Research and identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Promote the company’s products/services and address client objectives.
• Foster relationships with customers and cross-sell services.
