Job summary

Mayur Batra Group in Dubai seeks a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive new client acquisition and growth across markets. You will identify opportunities, nurture senior-level relationships, and coordinate with management to pursue tenders and proposals.

The role requires 2-4 years of UAE BD or sales experience, a strong track record, and the ability to generate market insights and strategic opportunities. Dubai-based, on-site position with potential client-facing duties.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' demonstrably successful experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales in the UAE is mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and maintaining high performance.
• Value addition through experience and knowledge of corporate and consulting services.
• UAE or similar market experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Keep prospective client database updated.
• Make cold calls for new business leads.
• Support in writing new business proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
• Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting the client's objectives.
• Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
• Cross-sell different services with existing clients.
• Build rapport and associations with high-level business executives.
